Each team must register and pay a deposit of $2,000 USD, with a minimum of 20 rostered team crew members. This deposit is to hold your team spot until the team crew member roster is completed (includes paddlers, drummer, sweep/steersperson). You do not have to submit your roster of team crew member names at this time, but your rostered crew may not exceed 26 members.
You may register non-paddling survivors from your team (in addition to the 26 team crew member maximum) at this time. However, the registration fee and process will be the same for these team members.

Payment One
$2,000 USD deposit requires a minimum of 20 and maximum of 26 with additional unlimited non-paddling survivors (NPS) team members. Payment is due at the time you fill out your Team Registration form; $225 USD per team member (includes $10 IBCPC* Levy)
Payment Two
Final balance of total registration fee is based on all team crew members registered, NPS (non-paddling survivors) and supporters. If your initial registration included fewer than 26 rostered crew slots you may register additional team crew members at this time and pay their full $225 USD per person registration fee with the balance of your initial bill, (rostered crew size may not exceed 26). You may also register non-paddling survivor (NPS) team members and supporters if you include their full registration fee of $225 USD per person (includes $10 IBCPC* Levy). This final payment is due no later than April 30, 2014.

Our team is committed to being part of the 2014 IBCPC Participatory Dragon Boat Festival celebrations:
• All team members must complete and submit the Team Crew Member Registration form prior to May 1, 2014. Each rostered team crew member must also submit a Waiver and Release of Liability form by August 1, 2014.
• Crew rosters including the names of each paddler, drummer and sweep, if you are providing your own, must be submitted no later than May 1, 2014. Any non-paddling survivors must be included with the designation NPS. Any supporters must be included with the designation SUPPORTER
