Important Information about Congress Registration
Each team may send two representatives to the Congress. Many thanks to those teams who have already registered but many of you have not. Please submit the names of two team representatives no later than October 5, 2014 to [email protected] Title your email Congress Representation and give the name of your team.
Each member team has one vote.
Important Information about Transportation to the Congress
Team representatives wanting transportation to and from the Congress must advise [email protected] no later than October 5. Please provide your team name, your home location, the names of the two team representatives and the name and location of your hotel. Title your email: Congress Transportation, and give the name of your team. Failure to do so by Oct 5 will result in no transportation being provided for you.

Representatives should be aware that buses will take them directly from the Congress to the race site. Buses will not be returning paddlers to their hotels until after the Opening Ceremonies. If you attend the Congress and will be using Festival transport to the race site you should bring with you anything you may need or want for the entire day.

will be held in Sarasota, Florida
at Nathan Benderson Park
on Friday, October 24, 2014 from 1:30 to 3:00 pm.
All interested teams are welcome to a round table discussion. Please bring your thoughts and questions. And, we would like to know the most opportune time for you to host the next Festival.
