First, your captain or manager must register your team. Once they complete the form, please send in your $2000 deposit so we can clear your team to book your accommodations. You will not have access to the special hotel rates or transportation to and from the venue, until you are registered! Reminder: Your team must be a member of the IBCPC to qualify for registration and accommodations.
Once the above steps are completed, your captain or manager will create a roster which will send each paddler, non-paddling survivor or supporter, an email inviting them to register as a team member, non-paddling survivor or supporter, plus sign a waiver. Please note, having your registration information both as a team and team member or supporter will help us tremendously in our planning going forward to make this the best event possible!
